Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Young Pocha Korean BBQ Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, with a focus on financial management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our chefs, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the development of promotional materials and events.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service to maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the shift. They should also be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a bonus structure based on individual and team performance.
