Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Delhi Delight. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and implementing effective operational strategies. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Supervise and motivate a team of up to 10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and seamless execution of restaurant operations.
  • Implement Operational Strategies: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain Quality and Cleanliness: Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards of quality and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and implementing effective operational strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
