Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Key responsibilities will include:
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and implement budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operational Efficiency: Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
