Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Frontier Bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines. Additionally, they will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- College/CEGEP education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
