Administrative Support Specialist

At TEK KLINIK, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
