Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Equinix, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our clients. With a strong focus on digital infrastructure, you will collaborate with our global sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging our cutting-edge data centers and network solutions to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Leverage Internal and External Partners
- Partner with sales engineers, solutions architects, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Account Planning and Solution Selling
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new selling opportunities through solution selling and account planning
- Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Monitor and maintain the status of opportunities in our CRM system
- Identify and mitigate risks to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital infrastructure or cloud computing space
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
