Job Summary:
As a seasoned sales professional, the Strategic Sales Director at JH World Services Inc will lead our sales teams in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing strategic plans, working closely with marketing to communicate key messages, and managing regional sales operations.

About You:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts. Additionally, you'll be responsible for determining product line strategies, establishing organizational policies, and planning, directing, and evaluating sales department activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments


Work Details:
  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
