Strategic Sales Director

Epsilon Solutions LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments. Additionally, they will oversee payroll administration, arrange training for staff, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
The Strategic Sales Director will also be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff. They will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments

Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate for this position
