We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Director to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc. in the role of Corporate Sales Manager.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in strategic planning, policy development, and team management. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's overall goals. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including business clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic plans related to new product lines to drive business growth
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead a sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
