About the Role:

Epsilon Solutions LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure that staff are paid accurately and on time.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that the sales team is operating within budget.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to ensure that the company is staying ahead of the competition.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure that the team is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure that the team is operating effectively.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure that the team is operating at maximum efficiency.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
