About the Role:

VANPAK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff

Requirements:

  • 16-20 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, presentation software, and spreadsheet software
