This is a full-time position based in Canada with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team at ANI International Canada Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and leading high-performing sales teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive results

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
