Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at SAN INDUSTRIES LTD. in the Wood Products Manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing of wood products.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of wood products manufacturing processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work in a noisy and dusty environment.
- May be required to work overtime during peak production periods.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 32-40 hours per week.
