Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet production targets
- Oversee the safety of operations and implement measures to prevent accidents
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and training
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Set up and maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet production deadlines
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a team of 11-15 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 32 to 40 hours per week.
