Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 11-15 labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Establish work schedules and oversee the implementation of production plans.
- Quality and Productivity
- Monitor and improve product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Recommend measures to increase productivity and efficiency, analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance, quality, and safety.
- Manage personnel actions, including performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Environment
- Noisy and dusty work environment.
- Work Schedule
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
