We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at SAN INDUSTRIES LTD. in a wood products manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production floor, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 11-15 labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, oversee the safety of operations, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and set up machines and equipment.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, supervise, and review the activities of workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and dusty.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Duration: Permanent employment.
