About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 685946 B.C Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the hotel, ensuring that all new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals and to identify areas for improvement.

Manage Front Desk Operations

Manage front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Develop Marketing Plans

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue.

Manage Events

Manage events and functions, including weddings, conferences, and other special events.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
