Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
