We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at SoQuick Express Ltd. in a full-time position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and other documents as necessary.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including but not limited to preparing expense reports and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.
  • Flexible work arrangements may be considered.
