Job Description:

Lifewise Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, including database software and data entry.
  • Office Administration: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other office duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
