Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

At Taxsmart, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, as well as overseeing daily operations and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of 5-10 people
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Oversee daily operations and staff management
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration and financial record-keeping
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
