We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program. This program is designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of $50,000 per year, opportunities for annual performance incentives based on performance thresholds, a flexible benefits program and continuing education programs.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about building client relationships and providing financial advice. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work closely with experienced wealth advisors to gain practical experience and develop your skills.
The program includes a comprehensive training program that will lead to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation/Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF), as well as placement in a Scotiabank Wealth Management office to work with wealth teams.
Requirements- You're completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or you are an experienced worker and have developed a passion for client relationships and financial advice.
- You have a strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role.
- You're a curious, competitive critical thinker who thrives in change and collaborating with others.
- You have a sales and relationship focused mindset.
- Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
