Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
