Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and order merchandise, ensuring efficient store operations and minimizing losses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
