About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
