Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Authorize Payments and Orders: Manage financial transactions, including authorizing payments and ordering merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling and customer interactions.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
