Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
