Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
