Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2165907 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandise Management
- Order and receive merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 1-7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
