Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Buttcon. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for various projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure the best possible terms and prices.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, develop bid packages, and manage the tendering process.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.
