Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Budgeting: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient and effective.
- Team Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve our procurement goals.
- Purchasing Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supplier Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, ensuring that we get the best value for our money.
- Contract Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, manage contracts, and review and process claims against suppliers.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform procurement decisions.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders on procurement performance.
- Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on procurement matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Sales Team Support: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are optimal.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
