About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with leading and managing the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP (ASPE) and company policies
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Assisting with internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as required
  • Assisting with daily treasury and cash flow forecasting
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned by management
  • Managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules
  • Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  • Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
