Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Equiton Partners. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

About the Role:
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, and journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing cheques and managing employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including reconciliations and account balances.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software, including [insert software names].
  • MS Office: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment:

This is an on-site customer service position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
