Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Go2STAFFING. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

The Chief Financial Operations Manager will oversee all financial operations for a specialty chemical company with multiple international branches and several family-owned holding companies. Key responsibilities include managing all financial reporting, developing and implementing accounting policies, systems, and procedures, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly income, receivables, payables, cash flow, and balance statements, and ensure they are timely and accurate. Assist with planning sales management activities.
  2. Accounting Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure company financial information is fairly stated.
  3. Tax Management: Work with external accounting firms on tax management and be responsible for tax filings.
  4. Audit and Compliance: Organize audits and assist external auditors as required.
  5. Financial Analysis: Create corporate metrics necessary to ensure targets are being met and create, monitor, and report on tracking towards targets.
  6. Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll (through ADP) and commission calculations and payout for staff.
  7. Banking and Cash Management: Maintain and manage banking relationships and banking activities.

Requirements

This role requires a strong finance background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, a professional certification such as CPA or CMA, and significant experience in financial operations and management.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
