As a Business Development Associate with TDS Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our investment fund client. Your key responsibilities will include cultivating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the investment industry and be able to leverage their knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop a business pipeline through various sources and collaborate on strategies to drive sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) Course is an asset.
