About the Job
You will leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and analytical abilities to help new and existing businesses grow.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's best clients in the website and domain hosting business.
Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will advise existing customers on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms, and services.
You will anticipate customer decisions, persistently explore, and uncover their business needs.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is $20 CAD per hour plus bonus/commission.

You will receive paid 4 weeks of training and 2 weeks of leave.

Required Skills and Qualifications
An associate's degree or certification from an accredited program is required.
1+ year of experience in customer service or public-facing sales roles is preferred.
You should have strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling messages.
A proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas are essential.
Responsibilities
Pitch and impact assigned customers according to training, standards, and policies, focusing on deep-level insights, customer success, upsell strategy, and strong relationship management.
Serve as a trusted consultant, helping customers get the most out of our wide range of domain registration, web hosting products.
Reach assigned sales targets and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences while prioritizing and delivering assigned sales quotas.
Provide strategic recommendations to customers to achieve their business goals, including upselling additional products and platform features.
Master knowledge of one or several core products.
Handle a moderate volume of potential clients daily through calls, aligning support with opportunities.
Manage daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
