Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our North American Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and managing long-standing relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, among others
  • Proactively engage, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey
  • Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider and ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
  • Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship
  • Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, Client Operations, Products, and Research
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase client satisfaction
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent client service and support
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in upselling and contract negotiations
  • Candidates with experience in the financial services, especially with asset managers or banks, will be given priority
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Good understanding of technical requirements that enables easy interaction with IT and Product Teams
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically about business and products
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Master's degree preferred
About the Opportunity

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days a week in office. You will have flexible working hours and arrangements, and an entrepreneurial, international, and dynamic work environment.

Earning Potential

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
