**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws
- Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required
