The Technical Training and Support Specialist provides technical assistance to dealership technicians and MMSCAN field staff to repair customer vehicles, identify emerging issues, and provide preliminary analysis to the Platform Support group at MMNA. The primary objective is to improve responsiveness to the customer and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to dealership and field staff to facilitate vehicle repairs.
  • Track and follow-up on Techline calls to ensure complete and competent repair.
  • Investigate emerging issues and provide preliminary analysis to internal departments.
  • Prepare detailed written reports on emerging issues.
  • Travel to investigate field product complaints and emerging issues.
  • Validate product quality conditions and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in wholesale/retail, automotive, or related industry.
  • 2+ years prior call center/customer service experience.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
  • 6-8 years hands-on automotive technical experience.
  • Class A Inter-Provincial Technician's license (ASE certification in general automotive repair a plus).
