Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Consult technical manuals and guides to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Work Environment:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
