Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
