Job Summary

TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
