Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Canadian home theater and automotive. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving issues related to computer systems, network, and internet connectivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Providing training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
- Collaborating with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
