Job Description

At Road Track Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
