Financial Record Specialist

CCFS Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College or CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Process payroll by calculating and preparing cheques
- Assess fixed assets and their depreciation
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements
- Post journal entries accurately
- Compile and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Complete tax returns efficiently
- Prepare trial balances
- Reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Skilled in MS Office applications
- Experienced with Spreadsheet software
- Expertise in Accounting
