Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately.
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Generate trial balances for books.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with spreadsheet applications.

Experience Requirements
