At VIA COURIER INC., we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. You will also be responsible for posting journal entries, preparing statistical, financial and accounting reports, and preparing tax returns. Additionally, you will reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and will be able to work efficiently in a team environment. The position offers paramedical services coverage and a temporary employment duration. The working language is English and the working hours are 40 hours per week.
