About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a team to deliver a world-class Quick Service Restaurant experience
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself
  • Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Participate in local events that positively impact the community
  • Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology
  • Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially
