Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, supervising staff, conducting training sessions, providing customer service, planning for VIP arrangements, and coordinating the flow of information within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Provide customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan for VIP arrangements to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Permanent position.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
