Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are trained and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our hotel staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff are informed and up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
